Albertson's was originally located in the 1965 Capital Hill Mall. It outgrew that space by 1978. A new store was constructed three blocks east at 600 Fee St., between 11th Ave. and Prospect, on a site formerly occupied by the 1952 Sunrise Motel. Fire gutted the new store on Sept. 26, 1983...
